What happens Duirng a Session?

A Tantric Bodywork De-Armouring session is a deep trigger-point massage, where specific pressure is applied to various points on the body to release stored emotional, physical, and mental tensions. The work is both external and internal, though internal work is only introduced if and when you feel comfortable and ready for it. Each session is personalized to your needs, with a focus on helping you release, Pleasure-led embodiment open up, and reconnect to your body’s natural flow of energy.

Sessions last between 1,5-2 hours, ensuring that there is enough time for both deep relaxation and release.
